In February 2025, our "sister orchestra", Squawkestra sent a busload of musicians down the highway from Melbourne to join us at the Vines Road Community Centre for a day of fun, laughter and collaborative music playing. We played for each other and then joined together to play two pieces as a giant ensemble of 80 musicians. Led by our Musical Director, Joel Carnegie and Carl Polke from Squawkestra, this is destined to become an annual event.
